Rudolf Steiner University College offers
a three year experience based MA programme in educational research. The study is relevant for experienced Waldorf Education practitioners as well as
to students who have their studies and experiences from another field of
education. There
are two study options:
• Educational Research
• Environmental
and Social Education
Both options encourage professional and personal growth and
students have the opportunity to develop their own individual
study paths, specific to their chosen field of study, research
and development.

Educational Research The Educational Research study option will appeal
to students who wish to deepen their educational experiences by performing a research project within their field of interest.
This study option aims at giving its students broad insight and practical experience into the wide field of educational research.
Environmental and Social Education This option will appeal to teachers who are interested in actively using the natural and/or social environments in children's upbringing and education.
Language
The working language of the programme is English, and all lectures and group discussions will be held in English. The master thesis and most written assignments can alternatively be written in German, Norwegian, Danish or Swedish.
Locations
The study is organised as a combination of onsite campus blocks (total 13 weeks), individual assignments and project work. Whilst in Norway,
students stay at the Fyresdal campus in the mountains south-west
of Oslo. Full board accommodation is provided on campus for
the weeks in Norway. The Environmental and Social Education study option will stay 6 weeks of their study at Ruskin Mill, England, and the Educational Research study option will spend 2 weeks in England.
